World Cup Appointments in Google Calender |
Does anybody know who England’s first match is against, and when?! Well it’s against the U.S.A (get the easy ones out of the way first lads!) on Saturday 12th June at 7:30 pm! If you, like me, have too much on your plate to remember the really important things in life, Outlook and Google Calender are here to help with the handy fixtures import option.
How to – Outlook
For Microsoft Outlook users, visit this website, download the iCal plugin and install! Select your teams and your fixtures are posted automatically into your calender.
How to – Google Calender
The world Cup fixtures can be added as you would national holidays etc. Log in to your calender then select Settings -> Calenders -> Browse Interesting Calenders -> Sports -> Soccer (Not “Football” – Americans!) -> FIFA World Cup – FIFA_WCUP and then you can select all/any of the countries that take your fancy. The fixtures, as in Outlook, are then automatically added to your calender. Set yourselves reminders and you’re guaranteed never to miss a fixture, unless you have to work, that is!
